These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the delivery of digital products (in particular Human Design reports, spiritual analyses, and personalized PDF documents) between:

and the buyer (hereinafter "Customer").

1. Scope and Subject Matter

These GTC apply to all digital products and services offered via the-spiritual-engineer.com. The subject matter is exclusively the delivery of digital content (PDF documents) in the form of Human Design reports, spiritual analyses, and personalized reports.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The products displayed on the website do not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Order" button, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the provider accepts the offer by sending an order confirmation or providing the digital product.

For personalized reports, the customer must provide: name, email address, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. The customer warrants that the information provided is correct.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. No shipping costs apply for digital products. Payment is processed via ThriveCart (credit card via Stripe).

4. Delivery

Delivery of digital content typically occurs within:

• Automated reports: Immediately to 24 hours after payment
• Individual reports: 3-5 business days after payment

Delivery is via email to the email address provided by the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. The right of withdrawal expires for digital content not delivered on a physical medium when the provider has begun execution and the customer has expressly consented.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

All content created by the provider is subject to German copyright law. The customer is granted a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence is not withdrawn.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
