Done-for-you self-hosting

Your own stack.
That no one can shut down on you.

n8n, website, analytics — self-hosted on your own server in Germany. I set it all up and keep it running. You build with it, instead of tinkering with it.

Sound familiar?

Everyone shows you how easy self-hosting is. A VPS, one Docker command, done. You've watched the videos, read the tutorials — and still have an uneasy feeling.

Rightly so. Installing is the easy part. Hardening, backing up, monitoring, keeping things patched — that's the part nobody makes a video about. And that's exactly where self-hosted setups break: not on day one, but in month six, when the unpatched n8n instance sits exposed on the internet, or the backup that was never tested turns out to be empty.

I self-host 54 services — automation, analytics, CRM, mail, document management, this website. For years, in production, GDPR-compliant. That's exactly the setup I build for you. And I stay on it, so it keeps running.

The foundation: your server, your contract

You sign the server contract yourself (IONOS, Germany) — I walk you through the order. No reselling, no middleman, no lock-in. You can revoke my access at any time and keep everything.

Your server: your stack

Docker, reverse proxy, automatic SSL certificates, firewall, fail2ban, automatic security updates. Every service cleanly isolated. This is where your modules run: n8n, website, analytics — whatever you need.

My watch service: backup & monitoring

Daily encrypted backups to a second German data centre, separate from your server — up to six months back, and I restore them regularly to make sure they actually work. Plus uptime monitoring on my side: if something goes down, you know within minutes, not weeks. You don't pay for a second server.

Handover without lock-in

You get root access, all credentials, and a recovery doc that any other provider could take over from. Plus a data processing agreement under GDPR Art. 28 — since I have admin access to your data, that's part of the deal.

€490 one-time setup

+ care plan from €59/month (updates, backup tests, monitoring) · you pay the server directly to IONOS

The modules: what runs on your stack

Your own n8n

€990

The automation tool everyone's talking about — fully set up on your own server instead of the US cloud. Includes 3 workflows from my library (lead capture, booking flows, content crossposting …), a credentials vault, automatic workflow backups, and a 60-minute walkthrough. Workflows that run while you sleep.

Website without WordPress

from €1,497

A clean Astro site, blazing fast, no cookie-banner cringe. Your branding (logo, colors, fonts) at every tier — from a proven theme to a fully custom design. Personal brand instead of WordPress sameness. This website you're reading right now? Built exactly this way.

Your own analytics (Matomo)

€597

Tracking that matches your values: no data going to Big Tech, configured cookieless (no consent banner needed), goals and conversions set up. You see what's working — your visitors stay untracked by third parties.

And more

Paperless-ngx (documents), Cal.com (booking), Listmonk (newsletter), Twenty (CRM), Mautic (marketing automation) — all modules on the same foundation, bookable individually. Up to a complete business automation system as a project.

Build it yourself, or have it built?

Want to learn it yourself?

Then join the Ideenwerkstatt community: there I show step by step how I build and run my 54 services — build in public, failures included.

Want it to just work?

Then this page is for you. I build you the same stack — set up, hardened, maintained. You use the tools instead of maintaining them.
